Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I am Phillip Stika, General Manager of FireRock Country Club. I am a 35 year veteran of the Private Club industry working as a Corporate Executive with Club Corporation of America and American Golf Company. Having the background of working with the largest Private Club owners in the world, I have been involved with nearly 100 Private Clubs from Asia to the East Coast of America. It is from this background I can attest to FireRock Country Club being like no other private country club.

Our Members come from all over North America to make and reacquaint themselves with their fellow Members and friends. In turn, coming from so many different places, each Member strives on making sure their fellow Members, both old and new, have a sense of belonging, always feels welcome and is a part of the Club. Because of this Member friendly attitude, you can be assured everyday of having playing partners, lunch buddies and the making of life long friends. We are where kindred spirits gather and ego’s are asked to be checked at the door.

In the tradition of all fine Private Clubs, it is our goal here at FireRock Country Club to create a cohesive group of staff employees who posses a servants hearts, have contagious personalities and maintain a never say no attitude when it comes to taking care of our Members. We together, aspire everyday to make FireRock Country Club, our Members, home away from home.

To our neighbors, FireRock Country Club is both prestigious and exclusive, yet is recognized as the Front Doors to the Fountain Hills community. FireRock and its Members assist with nearly 30 different community charities and raise nearly $1 million a year in supporting these efforts. Simply stated, FireRock Country Club and its members are like no other that I have been involved with in my 35 years in this industry.
