Tom Robson

FireRock's Clubhouse Manager, Tom Robson believes that Members and Guests always come first, and every member should feel like FireRock Country Club is an extension of their own living room. With his experience in high-end private clubs, he delivers world class service, food, and amenities that are only found at a facility like FireRock. Tom's career in Private Club Management began over 20 years ago as a Chef at the Plaza Club in downtown Phoenix. After working as a Chef for several years, he moved into the front of the house as the Food and Beverage Director at Tatum Ranch Golf Club. Over his career, Tom has operated several other high-end private clubs in Arizona and Southern California such as PGA WEST and La Costa Resort & Spa.

Marci Hernandez

Our Club Food and Beverage Director Marcie Hernandez, has spent her career working in private dining and country clubs here in the valley. Marcie sets the bar high for service standards for further setting FireRock apart from other private clubs. Marcie team excels at anticipating members needs and fulfilling their expectation.

Stephen Duarte

Chef Stephen Duarte started his career early in life. He developed his passion for eating & cooking in his mother’s kitchen. Throughout his career he has worked at various country clubs in the Valley, also working at the “Broadmoor” in Colorado Springs and “The Westward Look Resort” in Tucson, Arizona, until his culinary path lead him here to Firerock Country Club in 2006. Chef Stephen and his culinary staff have a great desire to offer an ultimate private club dining experience. He and his culinary team aspire to use the highest quality ingredients available every day by using local produce distributors and vendors. He believes that what makes a great chef is not only his food, but also just as important is a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond just food preparation. Chef Stephen always offers a warm welcome and tries to create a magic moments with club members, whether it may be a special request, cooking classes or private dining parties.
